Das Basel Military Tattoo, Ausgabe 2009 war wiederum ein Grosserfolg gewesen. Weit mehr als 100000 Zuschauer verfolgten den Umzug und die Vorstellungen in der Tattoo Arena. Ein Höhepunkt reite sich an den andern, so dass die Zuschauer vollends zufrieden und begeistert wieder nach Hause gingen. Es besteht auch kein Zweifel, so hörte man viele Zuschauer sagen, dass sie nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.
